在沿海的小鎮渡過了悠閒十天,回程時也跟夏天說再見.
I went Eastbourne in Southern England for homestay in the end of August.
I relaxed in the coastal town for 10 days, when I went back to London, it was already the end of Summer.
八月の末にホームステイのため、イギリスの南のイーストボーンに行ってきた。
十日間その海岸の町でのんびりと過ごして、ロンドンに帰る時、夏もう終わった。

Day 6. We first went to Borough Market and the Big Ben. Followed by watching the marvelous Phantom of the Opera. At night we went to the Winter Wonderland in Hyde Park. It was wonderful.

Day 7, New Year's Eve. We went to the Bicester Village Outlet without buying anything. Then to the Camden Market, quite an interesting place though not my cup of tea. There we ended our trip.

Day 5. Local tour again. We first went to Bath, followed by Salisbury. After that was the very impressive Stonehenge. Finally we got to the Windsor Castle but it was dark already.

Day 4. We went to the Greenwich market in the morning and were disappointed. Then to the St Paul's Cathedral and the British Museum, then Covent Garden. At night we went to the China Town and the Leicester Square.

Day 1, Xmas Day. We joined a local tour to Shakespeare’s birthplace, Stratford upon Avon and also to Oxford. All shops were closed and it was freezing.

Day 2, Boxing Day. We first went shopping at Oxford Street, it was super crowded. At night we went to the London Eye, the view was marvelous. Finally we went to the Somerset House.

The Chef Christopher and the representative from the Sake Brewery, Akiko explained to us different combinations of Sake and western food
I was a bit drunk and the delicious food brought me to a happy mood.

台灣好友訪港四天
1年零3個月不見
一見面又如在日本般聊過不停
雖然我的普通話在大倒退中。
她對香港的印象是：
“什麼也貴！”
“有很多外國人！”
我跟她說：
“但我人工不貴…”
“大陸人更多呢…”
不過有朋自遠方來確係高興。
My Taiwanese friend visited Hong Kong for 4 days
we didn’t see each other for a year and 3 months
but we kept chatting like we were in Japan
though my Mandarin was worse then I expected.
Her impression to Hong Kong was:
“Everything is so expensive!”
“There are many foreigners!”
I told her:
“But my salary isnt high at all…”
“There are even more Chinese Mainlanders…”
Anyway, it was happy to meet with friend from far away.

日本にいたようにたくさん話してた
あたしの中国語は思ったより下手になったけど。

日文很差,份稿好花,卻還想學多一種語言…
某天日本同事教了我”好勝”的日文…
我喜歡這種性格,我討厭這種性格.

This week I was so busy working on translation…
I kept translating for some advertorials and features, from Chinese to Japanese, or from Japanese back to Chinese…
I didnt have time to prepare for the next issue, I was dreaming in the morning meeting…
My Japanese is so bad, but I want to learn one more language…
I learnt the Japanese of “wanting to win” from my Japanese colleague…
I like this character, I hate this character.

今週翻訳の仕事がたくさんあってさ。。。
記事広告とか、特集とか、日本語を中国語に翻訳したり、逆に中国語から日本語に翻訳したりしてた。。。
来月号の取材準備する時間がなかった、朝会に上の空だった。。。
日本語が下手で、もう一つの言語を勉強したいけど。。。
日本人の同僚は、日本語の“負けず嫌い”を教えてくれて。。。
私こんな性格が好きだし、こんな性格が嫌いだし。

1. 在沒大期待下反而喜歡.比「12夜」拍得沉重和平淡,大概要在上海才能拍得出這種感覺.
2. 人總是不安於現狀,選了A又後悔放棄B甚至C,那到底要麵包還是愛情？要保持理智還是忠於感情?
3. 如果2年前沒有到日本,現在又會否安於現狀?應該是如沒意外都分手結尾吧.

I interviewed an artist before and she recommended this book to me, it is short and the English is easy. I cant agree with all of the writer’s mottos but some impressed me:

不經不覺,這已是我負責的第十期《AMY》了,巧合是自己最滿意的一期,照片悅目,內容亦頗充實:

Travelogue:受訪者到瑞典感受寒冬盛夏,並分享了跟瑞典朋友的感人情誼,令我想起了日韓好友,亦令我對北歐生了興趣.

Skincare:張小姐想以Concept包裝主題,圖片重於文字,所以今期找了model到Spa中心拍攝,自問styling是弱項,幸好model上鏡,讓人看得舒服.

Hotwoman:受訪者是在香港開畫廊的韓國人,她很健談,皮膚漂亮得幾乎無須執相!我的人物訪問經驗不多,而且不時要以英語或國語進行,其實心情是頗緊張的.

Advertorial:我是專誠試用了產品一星期才寫用後感的,這個客稿幹得很順利,我沒有抓狂.照片是在通頂工作時拍的,感謝攝影師逗我發笑才能展現出笑容呢!

當編輯或記者不是我最夢想的職業,但際遇讓我加入雜誌社工作,3年內月刊,雙周刊及周刊都工作過,我看到很多美麗的事物,結識很多有趣的人.雖然收入跟工作量絕不成正比,但我沒有後悔的理由.年輕就是要盡量做喜歡的事,愛喜歡的人.

While all of us waited outside the studio…
When the shooting was finished, we were all so excited…
We started the crazy bread eating party…
(That was 2am in the morning)

カメラマンは速く写真を撮って。。。
あたし達もう待ってた。。。
撮影は終わった時、皆は大興奮。。。

今年第四次到機場了…
今次是有朋自遠方來,接機的心情自是份外輕鬆期待的…
半年不見,Kanako,Jyuko及Miwa小姐第一時間為我送上最愛的朱古力…
一起clubbing,飲茶,逛星光大道,買手信等自是指定動作…
雖然連續通了兩晚頂,但心情愉快得很…
我有什麼理由明年不再去東京?
It was the forth time I went to the airport this year…
This time I went to pick my Japanese friends up, so I felt relaxed and excited…
We didnt see each others for half a year already, Kanako, Jyuko and Miwa gave me very nice chocolate once they arrived…
We went clubbing, “Yum Cha”, sight-seeing, shopping for souvenirs…
Though I played overnight for 2 days already, I felt so great…
There isn’t any reason for me not to go to Tokyo again next year, right?
今年空港に行った四回目。。。
今回は日本人の友達を迎えに行ったから、気持ちがよくて、期待してた。。。
半年久しぶりだ、加奈子、じゅんこ、みわさん達はあたしが大好きなチョコレートをくれた。。。
一緒にクラブに行ったり、“飲茶”したり、観光したり、買い物したりしてた。。。
二日間も徹夜で遊んでたけど、めちゃ興奮してた。。。
来年東京に行かない訳がないでしょう？

週末我們在屯門舉辦了”阿高生日慶烚烚BBQ大會”,出席率高達9成!!
我好像吃了一整天要吃的東西…
還有幸運地在雀局中力保不失…
不過…
歡樂既時光好快過…
下星期又要回到灣仔作戰了…
I have said more than once that I need to work overtime very often now, I almost gone crazy…but my colleagues are so lovable…
We organized a BBQ gathering to celebrate our colleague‘s birthday this weekend, the attendance was over 90%!!
I ate so many…
And luckily I didn’t lose in the Mahjong game…
But…
Happy moments always pass quickly…
I will be busy working again next week…
言ったことあるかな、今の仕事は残業ばっかりで、超大変だけど、同僚達はみんな可愛い。。。
週末にある同僚の誕生日のために、焼肉会が行われた、出席は９０％以上だった！！
たくさん食べたし、
運が良くて、麻雀に負けなかった。。。
でも。。。
楽しい時間が速くたって。。。
来週はまた仕事、忙しくなりそう。。。

現在是星期六晚上9時，我們還在工作中，這星期吃下數以噸計的零食，睡眠嚴重不足，對同事多過對住屋企人和朋友(可幸我的同事們都很可愛，我們會深宵在office喪吃零食及高唱兒歌…)
一會兒還要跟日本來的朋友飲酒，明天早上還要考日文試…希望不會打横出來…

Wednesday: OT until 11pm
Thursday: OT until 3 am
Friday: OT until 4am
It is 9pm on Saturday, we are still working, I ate so many snacks this week and didn’t sleep much, I saw my colleagues more than my family and friends(luckily they are all very cute, we ate snacks crazily and sang children songs in the office during midnight…)
I m going to drink with friends who came from Japan in a while, and I m going to take the Japanese exam tomorrow morning…I m dying…

水曜日：夜１１時まで残業
木曜日：朝３時まで残業
金曜日：朝４時まで残業
今土曜日の夜９時だけど、あたし達まだ働いてる。。。今週たくさんのお菓子を食べて、そして寝不足！！家族と友達より同僚のほうがよく会ってた（でも、同僚達は皆面白くて、皆夜中に一緒に会社でたくさん食べたり、歌ったりしてた。。。）
後で日本から来た友達に会って、少し飲んで、明日朝に日本語試験を受ける。。。死にそう。。。

因為工作的關係第三次到了上海…
今次的任務是出席某雜誌的周年派對,以及到上海的辦公室開會…
雖然每天都想著快點回香港…
但外灘的夜景真的很美,浦東那邊很現代化,浦西那邊則很懷舊,很文藝…
在深秋時份穿上大褸看夜景,感覺更加浪漫…
雖然只我一個人在看.
This is the third time I went to Shang Hai on business trip…
I went to an anniversary party of a magazine, and attended a meeting in the Shang Hai office…
Though I wanted to go back to Hong Kong every moment…
The night view of Shang Hai is marvelous, the eastern side is so modern, while the western side is quite nostalgic…
It was late Autumn, I was wearing a long coat and feeling more romantic…
Though I was seeing it alone by myself.
仕事で上海に行った3回目だ。。。
ある雑誌の周年のパーティーに行ったり、上海のオフィスで会議をしたりしてた。。。
毎日香港へ帰りたかったのに。。。
上海の夜景は本当に素晴らしいと思ってる。。。
秋なので、あたしはコートを着てたから、ロマンチックであると感じてた。。。

Work hard, Play hard

雖然通頂工作頗辛苦,慶幸跟現在的同事們很合拍…
早前還應邀出席同事Miss Shocking Pink的生日派對…
廿九幾人迫爆K房…很久沒有參加過這麼多人的派對…
唱K喝酒猜枚骰盅…好像還有人跳舞…
走的時候已是早上5時了…
多麼健康的生活…

ps.本來想接著出席另一個活動的,但身邊朋友出了點事情,所以失了約…對不起…還有希望朋友早日振作.

Though its quite harsh working overnight, my colleagues are all nice people…
My colleague, Miss Shocking Pink invited us to join her birthday party sometimes ago…
The Karaoke room was packed with almost 30 people…I haven’t joined party with so many people for long time…
Singing, drinking, playing, I think someone was even dancing…

徹夜仕事するのは大変だけど、今の同僚達は優しい。。。
この間、同僚の誕生パーティーに誘われた。。。
そのカラオケのルームに30人もいた。。。久しぶりにそんなに込んでるパーティーに行ったんだ。。。
歌ったり、お酒飲んだり、ゲームしたりしてた、ある友達はダンスしたそう。。。
朝５時まで遊んでた。。。
結構健康な生活だろう。。。

早前臨危受命,初次負責封面訪問…
影樓內各有各忙,所以訪問是趁受訪者化妝set頭及等的士時,”攝”時間進行的…
雖然答得行貨,但受訪者總算肯滔滔不絕的回答問題…
不知道還有沒有下次,但總算累積多一項工作經驗.
Sometimes ago I was assigned to do my first time cover story interview…
Everyone was so busy in the studio, I had to interview the artist when she was doing the make up and also waiting for the taxi…
Though her answers were just as expected, I was so lucky that she talked a lot…
I don’t know if I will do it again, but I gained a working experience already.
この間、始めて芸能人をインタビューしてやった。。。
スタジオの皆も忙しくて、その芸能人が化粧してた時と、タクシーを待ってた時、彼女をインタビューしてた。。。
思った通り、答えはつまらなかったけど、彼女はたくさん話してくれて、助かった。。。
またチャンスがあるかどうか分からないけど、経験を積んだ。

這是今天回到Office看到的景象,那大包小包全是有待拍照的products…
心情即時往下沉…
半小時內趕緊把products收拾好,然後便運進studio拍照…
然後又馬上要出外採訪…
回到公司已是6時了,才開始寫稿…
到底我有多愛自己的工作？
This was what I saw when I was back to office today, they are all products borrowed for shooting…
My mood turned really bad at that moment…
I needed to clear them up within half an hour, then moved them to the studio for shooting…
After that I went out for interview immediately…
It was 6pm already when I was back, then I started writing the articles…
How much do I love about my job?
これは今日会社に着いた時見た風景、撮影するために借りた商品ばっかり。。。
気分がすぐ悪くなった。。。
３０分で片付けて、スタジオへ運んで撮影してた。。。
後はすぐインタビューに外出した。。。

越來越喜歡舊的東西,今天又再一次看了這本10年前購買的四格漫畫…
這本書有治療心靈的功效,用了有趣的漫畫來說明複雜的人生道理,雖然不是每一篇都完全明白,但大部分都很窩心…
我很珍惜那些看完讓我感動,叫我好好思考的電影或書籍.
I love old things more and more recently, I read this comic book again today which was bought 10 years ago…
This book can cure your soul, the interesting comics teach about life, though I don’t understand all of them, but most of them touched my heart…
I treasure those movies or books which touch my heart and encourage me to think.
あたしは古い物が好きになって、今日この１０年前買った漫画をもう一度読んだ。。。
この本は心を治せると思う、面白い漫画で、難しい人生のことを説明してくれて、あたしは全部分かるじゃないけど、ほとんど納得できた。。。
見た感動して、考えさせてくれる映画とか、本とか、大切にする。

這套電影我看了100次…
很遺憾不是在戲院看,否則我會給它100分.

今晚第一次參加了跟自己年紀相約的朋友的婚宴，看著照片中自己通頂2晚趕稿後的殘樣，想起了姊姊之前對我說過「唉，我地唔細喇，出年就2X歲喇…」
好些朋友的事業愛情都修成正果，自己卻仍在等待中。年輕的時候對什麼都充滿期待，年紀漸長卻因等待而覺得疲倦…
雖然等待代表有很多的可能性，但「冇可能」也包括在內…
在年底前能守得雲開嗎？

I went to my friend’s wedding banquet tonight, I was so tired after overnight working on Thursday and Friday, and I suddenly remembered what my sister said to me: ”we are not young anymore, we will become 2X next year…”
Some friends got good jobs and husbands, while I am still waiting. When I was young I was always expecting my future, but now I m getting older, I am tired of waiting…
Though waiting means there are lots of possibilities, “impossible” is included…
Can I have the answers before year end?

友達の結婚の披露宴に行った、木曜日と金曜日にも徹夜仕事をしてたから、大変疲れた。。。この前、姉は“あたし達もう若くない、来年２X歳になっちゃうよ”って、思い出した。。。
友達はいい仕事と旦那さんも見つけたけど、あたしはまだ待ってる。若いとき、何でも期待してるけど、今もう待ちたくない、疲れるから。。。
待ったら、可能性がたくさんあると言えるけど、絶対無理なことがある。。。
年末の前に、答えを知りたいね。。。

If I was not chatting in MSN with a Korean friend whom I met in Japan, I don’t realize that I have left once. My mood is like 2 years before, when I was hurrying for deadline in the midnight. The computer has become my lover and good friend, coz I have spent over 14 hours with it. My bone is hard as rock, my eyes so painful, I wanna go home.My mind is quite different after I was back though, I still have a bit passion for my job, but I m not young anymore, easily get tired on everything.
And I m really S~L~E~E~P~Y!

在街上常有陌生人向我微笑或揮手,如果你碰到一個無反應的我時,那人不是我,是我的孖生家姊,也有可能兩者都不是…
請不要再問了,我們是沒有心靈感應的,沒有試過”爭仔”(品味頗不同),性格有相似亦有很不相似的地方,最似的是我們都很”嘈”.
她除了是我的家姊外,也是我的朋友,小學同學,中學同學,大學同學,朋友的女朋友…雖然被認錯很討厭,不過每年生日,至少有一個人一定記得.
Sometimes strangers smile or say hi to me on street. If you see me not reacting, she’s not me, she’s my twin sister, or neither both of us…
Please don’t ask again, we can’t feel each other’s mind, we haven’t got the experience of fighting for the same guy(our taste are quite different),our characters are quite the same but also quite different. Both of us are very noisy.
She is my sister, but also my friend, my classmate in primary school, secondary school and university, my friend’s girlfriend…I hate being recognized as the wrong person, but at least there is one who remembers my birthday every year.
たまに、道で知らない人に挨拶してくれてた。もし返事しない”あたし”に会ったら、彼女はあたしじゃなくて、双子の姉だ、どちらもない可能性もある。。。
もう聞かないでよ：あたし達の心が通じられない、同じ男を勝負したこともない（センスが違うから）、性格は似てるところあるし、違うところもある。二人も結構うるさい。
彼女はあたしの姉だけじゃなくて、またあたしの友達、小学校、中学校、大学の同級生、友達の彼女。。。姉として間違われたのは嫌だけど、毎年、少なくとも一人が、あたしの誕生日を覚えてる。

等到了!多謝大哥幫忙,才能以特價購得這部notebook!不用再做”菠蘿雞”佔用姊姊們的電腦了.不過,一直期待它快點出現,到終於得到手,興奮了只一會,今天已覺得擁有它是理所當然的事…
話雖如此,我仍然期待著更多的新開始.
Finally it arrived! Thanks for the help of my elder brother, I bought this notebook at a low price! From now on, I don’t need to border my sisters again for using their computers. I was longing for it, but when I finally got it, I was excited for just a while, and I feel it’s nothing special today.
Anyway, I am still looking for more “new start” in the future!
届いた！兄のおかけで、このパソコンを安く買った！この前、姉のコンピュータを借りて使ってた、邪魔したね。あたしはずっとこのパソコンを待ってた、もらった時、ちょっと興奮してたけど、今日もう“なんでもない”と思ってる。
